CT563 is a two-component steel-filled epoxy adhesive. It is an ideal solution for repairing metal components damaged by mechanical wear and/or corrosion. It can be applied like putty and delivers high compressive strength as well as excellent adhesion to most surfaces after curing. Typical applications include stopping leaks in pipelines and storage tanks, filling oversized bolt holes, smoothing weld seams, and repairing non-structural defects in cast tank bores.

CT578 is a two-component silicon-iron filled material with a 100% solid epoxy resin system. It can repair workpiece damage caused by mechanical impact or corrosion. Typical applications include restoring tolerances of worn shafts, repairing worn keyways, mending damaged housings, filling worn pitted surfaces, and re-establishing fits for bearing housings.

CT527 is a solvent-free ultra-smooth ceramic-reinforced epoxy coating with low viscosity suitable for thin-film applications. It is engineered to shield surfaces from damage caused by turbulent flow, chemicals, abrasives and corrosive agents. Its high-gloss, low-friction surface can restore or boost pump efficiency, and it can also serve as a topcoat for wear-resistant composites in scenarios requiring surface reconstruction and long-lasting protection. Typical applications include reconstructing or relining pump impellers, casings, pipeline walls and elbows, valve bodies; repairing heat exchangers and condensers; lining tanks and chutes; resurfacing and restoring rudders and hulls; as well as refurbishing cooling pump impellers and butterfly valves.

CT820 is a high-strength hot-melt rubber repair compound composed of three components: main adhesive (hot-melt pellets), treating agent (Component A/B) and primer. It is used in conjunction with the CT820 hot-melt glue gun, and is mainly applied to repair tears, perforations and edge damages of conveyor belts.

CT819 is a high-strength fast-curing adhesive composed of three components: A (base adhesive), B (curing agent) and C (primer). It is mainly used to repair damages of elastomers such as rubber and polyurethane, including large-area damage repair of conveyor belts, lining rubber damage repair of wear-resistant pipelines, coating of belt fasteners, and restoration of various rubber products.

CT818 is a high-strength, high-wear-resistance and fast-curing polyurethane repair agent, consisting of three components: Component A (base resin), Component B (curing agent) and Component C (primer). It is mainly used for rapid repair of surface damage on various conveyor belts and sealing at cold vulcanized joints of conveyor belts. It can also be applied to cold repair of cables, coating of turbines and restoration of all kinds of rubber products.

CT317 High-Strength Wear-Resistant Coating is a high-performance wear and corrosion resistant composite material formulated with modified epoxy resin and wear-resistant aggregates, to be used in conjunction with CT316 High-Strength Wear-Resistant Primer. It is applied for repairing metal components subjected to severe erosion; the service life of repaired parts generally matches that of brand-new workpieces.

CT316 High-Strength Wear-Resistant Primer is a high-performance polymer composite material composed of modified toughened heat-resistant resin and modified curing agent. It is a special primer for repairing metal parts suffering severe erosion and shall be used together with CT317 High-Strength Wear-Resistant Coating.
