The company was officially registered and established on May 8, 2000 under the original name of Shenzhen Changyuan Changtong Heat Shrinkable Materials Co., Ltd., starting its business in Nanshan District Science and Technology Park.

Shifted focus to the petroleum and petrochemical sector. The pipeline heat-shrink anti-corrosion products passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements of Shenzhen City and won the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the China Machinery Industry Federation, gaining initial recognition in the industry.
Launched the project of PET casing products, marking the company’s first foray into a brand-new product field beyond pipeline anti-corrosion.

The company invested in expanding its irradiation center with three additional electron accelerator production lines to upgrade production capacity. Three subsidiaries were established, namely Superelastic Technology, Pipeline Protection Digital Intelligence Technology and Yuchen Engineering Technology, marking the strategic layout to march into new energy, new materials and smart pipeline sectors. The full relocation to the Dongguan New Materials Industrial Park was completed, forming a new landscape for all-round corporate development. In 2025, the enterprise was honored as a National Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise, adding a glorious footnote to its 25-year journey.
