The strong magnetic weld-free cable connector is a cold connection fitting dedicated to pipeline cathodic protection. It is built with industrial-grade NdFeB high-strength magnets and high-conductivity copper alloy contacts. Adopting an integrated three-in-one design of "magnetic positioning + mechanical locking + low-resistance conduction", it replaces traditional thermite welding. The whole process is cold operation without open flame, enabling fast, safe and reliable connection between cables and metal pipelines, and suitable for complex working conditions such as explosion-proof areas and confined spaces.

Construction Instructions

1. Surface Treatment: Clean the contact surface of the pipeline, remove rust until metallic luster is exposed, keep dry and clean.

2. Gluing Operation: Apply two-component conductive adhesive evenly.

3. Magnetic Installation: Position by strong magnetic connector, squeeze out excess adhesive.

4. Continuity Test: Test contact resistance with multimeter to ensure qualified electrical continuity.

5. Insulation Wrapping: Seal and insulate with viscoelastic tape plus cold-wound tape.

6.Leakage Test & Acceptance: Conduct spark test; put into service after passing inspection.
