CT-S3100 is a two-component addition-curing silicone thermal conductive potting compound.This product consists of two components,A and B.Component A is grayish-black in color;while component B is white. When the two components are uniformly mixed in a weight ratio or mass ratio of 1:1,They will solidify into a gray flexible elastomer.
