CT326 Fine Particle Wear-Resistant Coating
Features
-
Excellent wear resistanceAdopting a dense filler structure of wear-resistant particles, it delivers outstanding resistance to particle erosion and micro-abrasion. It boasts superior wear performance and is suitable for working conditions involving erosion and abrasion from all types of powders and granules.
-
High bonding strength between coating and substrateThe coating adheres tightly to the substrate with strong adhesion. After curing, it forms a compact layer that resists hollowing, peeling and delamination. It can withstand equipment vibration, medium erosion and alternating hot-cold environments. It remains intact and wear-resistant over long-term service with reliable protective performance.
-
Compatible with various powder service conditionsIt fits a wide range of powder abrasion scenarios and effectively withstands erosion and frictional wear caused by dust and fine particles. It meets the long-term anti-wear protection requirements of powder conveying, dust removal and storage equipment, featuring wide working condition adaptability and stable protection effect.
-
Easy and efficient constructionSimple and convenient to apply with low requirements for substrate pretreatment. Multiple construction methods including brushing, roller coating and spraying are available. It cures fast and forms coating layers efficiently, greatly shortening construction cycles and cutting equipment downtime.

Application Areas
-
Repair worn equipmentIt can repair large-area abrasion of equipment under fine particle impact conditions, such as cyclone separators and separator bodies, dust collectors and exhaust units, pump liners and impellers. -
Fabricate pre-protective coatingsIt can form pre-protective coatings on large worn surfaces of equipment exposed to fine particle impact, providing anti-abrasion protection for fan blades and housings, chutes, slurry pumps, cyclones, dust collectors and hoppers.
Application Method
1、Surface Treatment: The surface to be coated shall be polished or sandblasted, then cleaned with a neutral detergent. Coating should be carried out as soon as possible after cleaning and drying to avoid re-rusting, oxidation or contamination.
2、Mix Proportioning: Weigh Component A and Component B accurately at a mass ratio of 2:1.
3、Blending: Stir and knead in one single direction during blending until streaks of different colors from Component A and B completely disappear and a uniform color is achieved to guarantee thorough mixing.
4、Coating Application: Scrape CT326 evenly onto the surface requiring protection with a scraper to reach the target thickness.
Precautions
1、The mixed adhesive shall be used up within 30 minutes to avoid waste caused by curing.
2、Accurate weighing and thorough mixing are required during material preparation, and the coating layer shall be compacted during application.
3、When the temperature is lower than 15°C, heating equipment can be used to accelerate curing after the coating is preliminarily cured.
4、Store at room temperature in a cool and dry place.
