Two Component Silicone Thermal Conductive Sealant CT-S3061

CTS306l is a two-component adition-curing silicone thermal conductive potting compound.Component A of this product is black-gray in color;while Component B is white.Upon thorough mixing,the resultant mixture appears gray.This product can be cured at room temperature or under heating conditions,with rapid curing speed and excellent adhesion to materials such as stainless steel,aluminum alloy,copper-clad laminate,and polyamide(PA).

It possesses excellent thermal conductivity with a thermal conductivity coefficient up to 0.6 W/m·K. Featuring high heat transfer efficiency, it can rapidly dissipate heat from devices and meet the heat dissipation requirements of electronic equipment and capacitors.
Flame retardancy rating meets UL94-VO standard

It boasts outstanding flame retardant performance with UL94-V0 flame retardant rating. It self-extinguishes rapidly upon exposure to open flame, effectively restraining flame spread and improving the operational safety of electronic and electrical products.
The cured product exhibits excellent ultraviolet resistance,anti- aging properties,and good repairability

The cured adhesive resists UV erosion and long-term aging without degradation. In addition, the material features good repairability, enabling convenient disassembly for maintenance and re-gluing operations in later stages.
