CTE3005 is a two-component epoxy sealant.TheA component of this product is a viscous liquid mainly composed of epoxy resin and functional powder;while the B component is a transparent modified amine liquid.This product has good fluidity and can be manually filled or automaticallyflled by a dispensing machine.After curing,it has high adhesive strength to materials such as metal,gold plating,silver plating,PA+GF,etc.

Product Features

Med viscosity & leveling, manual/auto dispense

The adhesive features well-balanced viscosity with no sedimentation or stringing. It delivers superior self-leveling performance, automatically filling gaps and avoiding bubble accumulation after potting.
Med‑temp cure, fast cycle

It cures and shapes rapidly at medium temperature, greatly shortening heating waiting time and reducing damage to heat-sensitive metal components caused by high temperature.
High bond strength, Au/Ag‑PA+GF compat

Compatible with various common electronic substrates, it delivers strong adhesion on plated surfaces and provides stable bonding without delamination on glass fiber reinforced nylon. The adhesive layer features good toughness and resistance to vibration peeling, suitable for precision electronic encapsulation applications.
Excellent waterproof & sealing, IP68 rated

The cured adhesive forms a dense, gap-free layer with outstanding dustproof and waterproof performance, meeting IP68 protection standard. It remains impermeable even under prolonged water immersion, effectively resisting moisture and corrosion to protect internal components from water vapor damage.
Damp‑heat resist, low tensile/shear loss @1k

Validated through rigorous 1,000-hour double 85 damp-heat aging test, it suffers minimal performance degradation under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions with high retention rate of bonding strength. Featuring excellent hydrolysis resistance and peel resistance, it is suitable for long-term encapsulation of outdoor and humid-location equipment.
‑40‑105℃ thermal shock resist, no crack @1k

With wide temperature tolerance range, it resists stress damage under rapid temperature alternation. The adhesive layer remains intact without cracking or deformation after 1000 hours of cyclic temperature shock, ideal for industrial electronic components exposed to drastic temperature fluctuations.
High dielectric & breakdown str

It delivers outstanding insulation performance, featuring low electrical conductivity and strong resistance to high-voltage breakdown. No leakage or tracking occurs even after long-term service.
