Standard Construction Process Flow

Surface Preparation Preferred: Blast clean to Sa2.5, no oil, scale or loose rust, qualified roughness. Emergency/simple service: Mechanical manual derusting to St3. Remove oil, dust & loose rust; keep substrate dry and dew‑free.

CT2302 Primer Application Applicable by spray, brush or roll. Mix fully per ratio, adjust viscosity with dedicated thinner. Apply uniform full coating, no skip or sagging. Strictly follow overcoating interval; apply topcoat after primer is fully cured.
