The stray current drainage device for severe interference is a dedicated drainage equipment for buried pipelines along high/ultra-high voltage transmission lines, electrified railways and subways, developed for scenarios with strong AC-DC mixed interference.It adopts an integrated design of multi-stage parallel drainage, spark gap lightning protection and copper busbar heat dissipation, and is equipped with fail-safe short-circuit fault protection.This product addresses the drawbacks of traditional solid-state decouplers including low current capacity, poor durability and insufficient lightning protection. It effectively isolates cathodic protection potential and discharges stray currents to ensure the safe operation of pipelines.

Construction Instructions

1. Installation Preparation: Check appearance and electrical parameters; prepare brackets, copper busbars and bolts.

2. Bracket Fixing: Install horizontally and firmly outdoors with wind and seismic resistance.

3.Equipment Fixing: Securely mount the drainage device to prevent loosening.

4. Electrical Connection: Connect positive terminal to pipeline and negative terminal to ground electrode; ensure reliable connection of copper busbars.

5. Inspection & Commissioning: Perform continuity and insulation tests, and verify performance under simulated interference.

6.Sealing Protection: Waterproof all connections; provide rainproof and sunproof protection for outdoor application.
