Forge an Excellent Team, Create Brilliant Achievements Together | Team Building Activity of CYCT Technical Service Division & Yuchen Engineering

The day of the event was bright and sunny with fresh air. On January 24, all participants gathered early and headed for Xiaogui Wharf in Huizhou by self-driving cars arranged in advance. This year’s outward-bound team-building activity kicked off with a lavish seafood feast.

01 Wonderful Moments of Team Building

After the hearty lunch, we drove to the hotel for check-in, then proceeded to the team-building base — Qixingwan Campfire Base. Upon arrival, we first divided into teams and played icebreaker games. The group of 42 people was split into four teams. A series of fun games quickly broke the awkwardness between colleagues who met for the first time, livening up the whole atmosphere. Next came frisbee-themed challenges including frisbee bowling, nine-square grid scoring competition and frisbee bean bag toss. Every game tested trust and cooperation among team members.

02 Frisbee Games

The frisbee session consisted of four rounds covering individual and team contests. The overall ranking determined the champion. The games highlighted not only individual competitiveness but also close coordination within teams. Only full collaboration of every member could secure the championship.

03 Barbecue Evening

Besides outward-bound training, we also arranged a relaxing barbecue party. Surrounded by natural scenery, everyone savored delicious food while sharing feelings and takeaways from the team-building activities, deepening friendship among colleagues.

04 Coastal Hiking

After a full day of activities, everyone got physical exercise and mental relaxation. The tacit understanding and trust between team members improved remarkably, along with stronger team cohesion.

On the morning of the second day, we went hiking at Luzui Villa in Yangmeikeng. The stunning coastal boardwalk and naturally formed Mermaid Cave swept away all worries. The azure sky, sapphire sea and seamless horizon brought immense peace and joy.

During the activity, we presented awards to outstanding colleagues for their remarkable performance in 2025. The recognition honored top performers and encouraged every employee. Our outstanding peers set fine examples for us to learn from. Only joint efforts can forge an elite team and create brilliant achievements for CYCT!
