The Nakhon Sawan Rock Crossing Project in Thailand is the first overseas anti-corrosion project in the international market to adopt full-length epoxy FRP outer protection for crossing pipelines. It also marks a crucial milestone in our company’s major strategic shift from focusing on the domestic market to expanding into global overseas markets.

Relying on high-quality products, reliable, easy-to-operate construction processes with guaranteed quality and quantity, as well as a professional technical team, our company won the exclusive bid for the FRP protective layer used in the 2012 Yangtze River directional drilling crossing project tender issued by the Crossing Branch of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau. We became the construction and supply enterprise responsible for China’s first epoxy FRP protection application on a Yangtze River pipeline crossing, known domestically as the "First Yangtze River Crossing with Epoxy FRP".

The rock crossing project of Zhejiang Yongtaiwen Product Oil Pipeline is Sinopec’s first mountain crossing project that adopts full-length epoxy FRP outer protection for crossing pipelines. The outer diameter of the crossing pipeline in this project is Φ406 mm, and the total length of the crossing section is 405 meters.

From 2025 to 2026, Changyuan Changtong New Materials Co., Ltd. supplied a total of 23,733 sets (approximately 237 kilometers) of FRDP 1422*520/2.7 mm radiation-crosslinked polyethylene heat shrinkable tapes (matched with 200-micron dry-film primer) for the Zhangjiakou-Shijiazhuang Section of the Changchun-Shijiazhuang Natural Gas Pipeline.
